✦ Personal use is for anything that does not bring profit. Commercial use is for anything that does or will in the future.✦ You may purchase commercial use for a personal commission at any time.✦ Commercial use allows you to use the artwork on monetized platforms, for streaming related activities (including Vtubers) and for selling merch.✦ The commercial fee is an additional 2x-3x fee of the total price of the commission. The fee depends on what you wish to do with the artwork.

✦ Payment in is USD only.✦ I only accept payment through Paypal invoice or Kofi if requested.✦ 100% payment up front. I will not start the sketch until payment is made.✦ Complex designs will be charged extra.✦ When ordering, detailed descriptions and good quality references are required. The more information I receive, the better!✦ No refunds or chargebacks are allowed unless I state that I cannot complete your commission. Please be sure that you want to commission me.

✦ The sketch must be approved before I continue to work on the commission.✦ 3 revisions may be made during the sketch phase.✦ Major revisions after the inital 3 will require an additional charge.✦ Commissions may take me anywhere from a couple of weeks to months to finish. Please do not rush or pressure me!!~✦ I will reach out to you with wips at certain stages and will make sure to ask questions and gather feedback to make sure you are happy with the progress being done.✦ To ensure I provide the highest quality work I can, I work when I feel most inspired and motivated. I do not want to have bad days reflect in my work. I really appreciate your patience and understanding!✦ Please understand that I am a slow worker, this does not mean that I am NOT working on your commission, it just takes me a bit longer to finish than other artists is all.

✦ Communication will be held through dms on any of my socials.✦ WIPs/Notable updates will be sent to you when I have them!✦ Please don't spam me for progress reports as it will only stress me out.✦ Additionally please DO NOT spam me with multiple messages back to back if I haven't replied within a few hours or day. I also have a life outside of my work and am not always available to reply immediately.✦ Failure to respect the last 2 bullet points might lead me to cancelling your commission if I am feeling too overwhelmed or stressed out. At which point you will receive a partial refund.✦ Don't be afraid to be vocal about changes during the sketch phase, I want to make sure you're happy with the foundation!✦ I will only make changes to the finalized artwork if I forgot something or have gotten colors incorrect, etc.✦ Make sure that you are clear on what you want in your request as I will not redraw the commission if your request lacked clear guidance and details!
